Digestion

This blend of anise, fennel, chamomile, peppermint, ginger and cinnamon is a great post-meal tea to aid with digestion.

Anise and Ginger: dispel gas and prevent bloating.                                                

Fennel, Peppermint and Chamomile: antispasmodic. They act on the smooth muscle of the respiratory passages as well as the stomach and intestines.

Cinnamon: slows the rate at which the stomach empties after meals, reducing blood sugar levels after eating.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: 1 heaping tsp per 1 cup boiling water. Steep 5-7 minutes.
