The milky flavour is the result of a sudden shift in temperature during harvest from March to December.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:Bring cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz. Use a filter that is large enough to allow the leafs to unfurl or alternatively put into the teapot and strain as you pour.
Briefly infuse with freshly boiled water and then pour off. Re-infuse the tea and pour after about 1 minute or longer to taste. This is the perfect tea for resteeping.
